Chilliwack Volkswagen is looking for an experienced part time Receptionist to join our growing team! Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success at Chilliwack Volkswagen.

You will be responsible for welcoming/assisting visitors, general office duties, & being the face & voice of our Dealership. First impressions are a driving force & therefore, your demeanor, knowledge, & helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand in the market.

Your Day to Day:

• Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, & guiding them to the right person
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying/scanning
• Maintain administrative inventory & order office supplies
• Answer, forward, & screen phone calls in a professional manner
• Receive, sort, & distribute mail & courier packages
• Act as a key cog in all functional areas including Accounting, Sales, Finance, & Service

What You Bring to the Table:

• Reception and/or administrative experience is an asset
• Experience in hospitality and/or completion of a relevant post-secondary program is an asset
• Unmatched skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in all Google platforms & able to quickly adapt to new technologies
• A valid driver’s license & safe driving history is required
