To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Regional Service Manager to cover Regions 1 & 2. You would work with the location managers to optimize service operations to maximize return on investment. This position will report to the Director of Service Operations.
Responsibilities
This individual’s responsibilities include:
- Assist managers with labour sales, staffing and budgets processes
- Guides consistent implementation and quality control of process & procedure
- Regular direct communication with all location’s service teams to provide support
- Frequent travel to each location in region per month
Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you:
- Have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a manager of a high performing Service or Branch operations, and experience in the Ag industry
- Have proven experience leading, developing, and motivating others, exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
