As a Business Analyst at Cloutflow, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business data, conduct market research, and provide insights and recommendations for improving operations and achieving our business objectives. Your ability to analyze and interpret complex information will be essential in identifying trends, uncovering insights, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, processes, and workflows
• Identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand their needs
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and track progress
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of business intelligence software and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
