Senior Brand Manager – InVigor (89774)
Location: Calgary, AB
Where the Chemistry Happens…
The Sr. Brand Manager, InVigor is responsible for the InVigor Seed brand strategy as it relates to the overall crop (Canola) solution campaign, supporting the annual product-on-ground (POG) budgets are achieved as well as managing the associated advertising, sales and promotion (ASP) budget.
Formula for Success: You Will…
- Collaborate with the InVigor Brand and Communications Lead to create demand for InVigor through brand awareness and engagement campaigns, utilizing a range of tactics including social, digital, PR, ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
- Develop clear segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies to support InVigor and create solutions, building targeted value propositions and connected offers.
- Utilize market research and competitive analysis to better understand behaviors and pain points for all buyers and influencers in the decision-making process.
- Work with the team on the InVigor PR Strategy and be accountable for InVigorResults.ca completion.
- Gain knowledge of AgConnect metrics to lead and be responsible for any outbound InVigor calling campaigns with the AgSolutions Call Centre. Responsible for InVigor training for the BASF AgSolutions Call Centre.
- Represent the InVigor team on BASF AgRewards program and be the InVigor lead for future InVigor commitment reseed programs, creating, leading and administering the InVigor focused programs for sales.
- Ensure that the sales teams are enabled and have access to the necessary tools and resources required to drive the strategy, support the sales process, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Be responsible for managing and coordinating the Internal Seed launch & Roll Outs.
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, science, or related field of study.
- 10 years’ experience within agricultural sales, marketing, seeds.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian canola market is preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and work leading and collaborating within cross functional teams.
- A proven track record of project completion and customer service in the agriculture industry is desired.
- Strong ability to prioritize combined with a keen attention to detail is required.
