Job title: Sr. Change Management Consultant ( ERP – MS D 365 F&O)

Job description: 100 % Remote , 20-30 hours a week 4-6 months engagement for a Sr. Change Management ERP consultant

Responsibilities:

Working as part of a digital transformation project team, focused primarily (not exclusively) on D365 Finance and Operations implementation, lead a Change Enablement function to:

• Enhance user engagement and adoption,
• Enhance transformation communications within organization, with leaders as well as project team, and
• Facilitate training (training will be conducted by Subject Matter Experts)

Representative Tasks:

• Stakeholder and Benefits Analysis
• Develop Sponsor Roadmap
• Develop and implement Engagement Plan (communications, interventions, user adoption levers)
• Coordinate development of ‘what’s changing tools’ mapping current to future state changes
• Contribute to Go Live Readiness planning
• Develop sustainment plan

Skils/Experience:

• 3-5 years of Change Management experience in a transformation project / IT environment
• Change Management certification a definite plus
• Experience in working in a diverse, dynamic environment
• Ability to work with and contribute as a project team member, as well as lead discrete tasks independently
• Ability to proactively identify issues and roadblocks to user engagement
• Creative skills in designing user communications and interventions
• Partnership approach to tasks
• Experience in developing guidelines and change management templates a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Sharepoint

Role and Engagement:

• Intermediate to Senior Change Enablement Consultant for a transformation project primarily focused on D365 Finance and Operations implementation
• 20 – 30 hours per week for 4-6 months
