Job description: You will assist in the day-to-day activities associated with the corporate recruitment function, including job postings, sourcing and attraction, screening and selection, interview coordination, reference checks, job offers and contracts.

What you will be doing:
- Partnering and building relationships with hiring managers in all of our functional groups
- Assist with job postings, reference checks and criminal/credit background screening as required.
- Source and evaluate candidates based on job specifications using internal database, job boards and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boom, etc.) including direct sourcing of candidates
- Communicate with and update candidates by telephone, email, and via the Applicant Tracking System to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist in coordination of internal recruitment activities such as employee transfers and promotions
- With guidance and support, you will complete coordination activities to drive various projects and initiatives, including diversity recruiting, onboarding process planning, social media, and employer branding activities including:
- Develop functionality and reporting tools for our existing ATS System
- Research improvements and alternative options to the recruitment “Tech Stack” currently being utilized by Talent Acquisition
- Identify diversity groups and external recruitment channels that talent acquisition can partner with.
- Assist in the development of training materials and SOPs for hiring managers
- Review and recommend improvements to our current processes and policies
- Improve our diversity and inclusion processes and initiatives
- Maintain accurate recruitment files on SharePoint database and Applicant Tracking System
- Prepare reports, analytics and presentations to support the recruitment function
- Assist with HR projects or other duties as assigned
