Job title: Treasury and Accounting Technician

Job description: The incumbent is responsible for monitoring bank accounts and bank reconciliations for several subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Initiate electronic payments and manage any problems that arise;
• Track outstanding checks;
• Perform various accounting entries;
• Manage payment exceptions;
• Perform various account analyses;
• Follow-up and prepare various cash-flow statements;
• Follow-up on a regular basis various ongoing files with subsidiaries and banks;
• Perform other related duties.

Requirements

• Degree in administration, accounting or any pertinent experience;
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in accounting;
• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP an asset;
• Good organizational skills.
