Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, Student Outreach and Leadership, the incumbent provides logistics support and acts as a liaison between Branches and external participants involved in tutor programs for youth underrepresented at McGill University. These programs run from January to May 2022.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tutoring services to youth participating in Branches Tutoring Program.
- Develop and review program objectives and program plan.
- Attend orientation and other trainings and support events.
- Acts as a liaison between the unit and internal or external parties to provide various assistance or information.
- Develops tutor recruitment strategy.
- Assist with budget management for program expenses, track and file purchase receipts. Work closely with the Finance team to ensure budget deadlines and procedures are met and implemented.
- Works closely with the Business Analyst to create program evaluation reports.
- Collaborate to create session and lessons in specific fields.
- Assists with event scheduling and planning

Hourly Salary: (Amuse C) $18.00
