A day in the life.
As our Analyst Intern on our Benefits Analyst team you’ll be offered a chance to explore analysis with the Employee Benefits Insurance practice. Each intern selected for the program will gain exposure to not only analyst positions but our agency and industry overall. Elements of the internship program include lunch & learn sessions, analyzing client information, researching for ad-hoc projects, and a final group presentation delivered to the senior leadership team.
In this role, the intern will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the agency.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Students entering their senior year toward a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
- Majors in Risk and Insurance Management, Finance OR displaying a keen interest in learning insurance, risk management, or financial consulting fields.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Applied knowledge in the areas of communication, interpersonal relationship management, versatility and creativity.
- Display resourcefulness in finding solutions for our clients and our Agency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Resolution and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
