Abbotsford Volkswagen is looking for a part time Receptionist to join our growing team! Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success at Abbotsford Volkswagen.

Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for welcoming/assisting visitors, general office duties, & being the face & voice of our Dealership. First impressions are a driving force & therefore, your demeanor, knowledge, & helpfulness are extremely influential when representing our brand in the market.

Your Day to Day:

• Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally, checking them in using our concierge service, & guiding them to the right person
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying/scanning
• Maintain administrative inventory & order office supplies
• Answer, forward, & screen phone calls in a professional manner
• Receive, sort, & distribute mail & courier packages
• Act as a key cog in all functional areas including Accounting, Sales, Finance, & Service

What You Bring to the Table:

• Reception and/or administrative experience is an asset
• Experience in hospitality and/or completion of a relevant post-secondary program is an asset
• Unmatched skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in all Google platforms & able to quickly adapt to new technologies
• A valid driver’s license & safe driving history is required
